Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Little Egypt Market (formerly EggQueue), an egg-buyer waiting-list application operated by VajgrtLabs ("we," "us," or "our"), available at eggqueue.vajgrtlabs.com. By creating an account or using Little Egypt Market, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of the Service

Little Egypt Market is a progressive web application that helps backyard egg sellers and small farms keep a fair waiting list of egg buyers. Features include:

• A fair buyer queue — new buyers first, then longest-waiting first — based on your delivery history.
• Dozens-on-hand tracking, buyer records, and recurring-order cadences.
• Sales records and money-owed tracking (who has paid, who still owes).
• Sales stats, a selling-eggs guide, and a printable carton label (Pro).
• Data export and cross-device sync for paid plans.

Little Egypt Market works on this device without an account. An account lets your data sync to our servers so it stays safe and follows you across devices. One VajgrtLabs account is a universal login for all VajgrtLabs apps; Pro plans are per-app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Little Egypt Market. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

3. Accounts and Your Responsibilities

• You must provide a valid email address and create a password to register. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at vajgrtlabs@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Each paid subscription may be used on up to 3 devices.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the buyer, price, and sales records you enter.

4. Plans, Free Trial, and Billing

Little Egypt Market offers the following plans (prices in USD):

• Free — up to 10 buyers and 25 orders per calendar month, with the full fair queue.
• Free full-Pro trial — 14 days of full Pro access at no charge. No payment method is required to start a trial.
• Pro Monthly — $4.99/month, billed monthly.
• Pro Yearly — $49.99/year, billed annually.
• Pro Lifetime — $119.99 one-time payment for lifetime Pro access.

Pro plans include unlimited buyers and orders, recurring-cadence tools, the carton label generator, and CSV export.

• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — see our Privacy Policy.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on each renewal date.
• If you purchase a Pro plan, your paid billing period starts immediately — the free trial does not stack onto or extend a paid subscription.
• Prices may change in the future. If they do, we will notify you in advance and any change will apply from your next renewal — never retroactively. Existing subscribers keep the price they signed up at for as long as their subscription stays active.
• Taxes may apply depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.

5. Cancellation

• You can cancel a monthly or yearly subscription at any time using the self-serve Cancel Pro button in the app's Settings. No need to contact support.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep full Pro access until the paid time runs out; it is not cut off early.
• Pro Lifetime is a one-time purchase, not a subscription — there is nothing to cancel.
• Our refund terms are described in the Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Little Egypt Market for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation — including egg-sale, food-safety, or labeling laws that apply to your own selling.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users' accounts, or our infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the service in bulk, or interfere with its normal operation.
• Share your account credentials to circumvent the device limit or plan restrictions.
• Upload content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes the rights of others.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice, particularly where necessary to protect the service or other users.

7. Selling Eggs — Your Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for complying with the egg-sale, grading, refrigeration, permitting, and labeling rules that apply to you.
• Little Egypt Market's queue suggestions are a record-keeping aid. Who you sell to, what you charge, and whether a sale happens are always your decisions.
• We make no guarantee of sales, income, egg production, or any particular business outcome.

8. Intellectual Property

The Little Egypt Market application, including its design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by VajgrtLabs and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Little Egypt Market for your own egg-selling record keeping. The records you enter belong to you.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Little Egypt Market is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• VajgrtLabs is not liable for any loss of eggs, sales, income, or data, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — including reliance on guide or labeling content.
• Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $10 if you paid nothing).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VajgrtLabs from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the service, your egg-selling activity, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email. Continued use of Little Egypt Market after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
