Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes how refunds work for Little Egypt Market Pro purchases, which are processed by Stripe. It is part of our Terms of Service.

The short version: try everything free first — every new device gets a free 14-day full-Pro trial with no payment required. Subscriptions can be cancelled any time and stay active until the end of the paid period. Billing mistakes are always fixed.

1. Free Trial — Never Charged

Every new device receives a free 14-day full-Pro trial at no charge, with no payment method required. If you do not purchase Pro, nothing is ever billed. We encourage you to use the trial to make sure the app is right for you before paying.

2. Monthly and Yearly Subscriptions

Subscriptions ($4.99/month, $49.99/year) renew automatically until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time with the self-serve Cancel Pro button in the app's Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep Pro until the time you paid for runs out.
We do not issue partial-month or partial-year refunds for cancelled subscriptions, except as required by applicable law. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund the current period.
If a renewal charge occurs after you cancelled (for example, due to a processing delay), contact us and we will refund it.

3. Pro Lifetime ($119.99 One-Time)

Pro Lifetime is a single one-time payment for permanent Pro access. It is not a subscription and never renews.
Because access is granted immediately and permanently on purchase, lifetime payments are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

4. Billing Errors and Unauthorized Charges

Mistakes happen and fraud exists. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, charged twice, or charged without your authorization:

Email us at vajgrtlabs@gmail.com with the email address on the account and the charge details.
We will investigate promptly. Verified billing errors and unauthorized charges are always refunded in full, regardless of the terms above.

Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank — chargebacks freeze the dispute process and slow everyone down, while we can usually resolve billing issues within a few days.

5. How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days of approval (timing after that depends on your bank).
We will confirm by email when a refund has been issued.

6. Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law, including any mandatory cooling-off or refund rights in your jurisdiction. Where the law requires a refund, the law prevails over this policy.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the latest version, and material changes will be communicated in the app or by email. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
